Microsoft and Discord subpoenaed over GTA VI gameplay leaks

Take-Two Interactive has issued subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord demanding information on users who accessed or shared leaked Grand Theft Auto VI footage, alleging copyright infringement of audiovisual content, artwork, images, dialogue and other creative elements. The subpoenas, filed Thursday, set a September 4 deadline for the companies to produce the requested data, which relates to leaks watermarked by the “CyberLeek” group.
