Microsoft will allow anyone to use Xbox Cloud Gaming through a new pay-as-you-go option, removing the requirement for a Game Pass subscription. Existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will retain access but their cloud gaming usage will be capped at 15 hours each month.
