Minimus, a cybersecurity startup founded by the creators of Twistlock, raised a $51 million seed round in 2023 but announced its shutdown after failing to generate sufficient commercial momentum. The company will cease operations, giving its customers a 60-day window to migrate their workloads to alternative solutions.
