Muse, the band, lost its social media handles to Muse, Meta's new AI agent

Meta’s AI agent Muse now uses the @Muse handle on Instagram and X, previously owned by the English rock band that trademarked its name in 1999. The band’s accounts switched to @museband in early summer, and Meta’s launch of the AI agent triggered accidental tags of the band’s profile in initial posts. The changeover occurred before Meta’s public unveiling of the agent in July.
