Navitas Semiconductor announced a $232.8 million acquisition of Claros, a developer of data-center power-management hardware and software, which previously secured a $30 million seed round in March. Apple introduced a new Mac mini powered by the 2 nm M6 chip with up to 4× faster AI performance and a Mac Studio featuring M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips, delivering up to 4.3× AI speed gains and up to 512 GB unified memory.
