The Neo Geo console remake has been delayed to September 16, 2027

The Neo Geo Advanced Entertainment System+ will ship on September 16 2027 after a delay caused by a global memory-chip shortage linked to AI demand. Plaion Replai keeps pricing at $250 for the standard black model and $350 for the limited-edition white 35th-anniversary bundle, which includes a Metal Slug cartridge and a memory card. Pre-order buyers keep priority status, receive a free AES+ gamepad, and some bundles provide a 30% voucher for $90 modern game cartridges.
