The new and huger Paramount has a new co-CEO

Paramount appointed former Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz as co-CEO alongside David Ellison ahead of its $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. Ellison will oversee long-term strategy, creative vision, and capital allocation, while Kreiz manages daily operations and business integration. Both executives will jointly lead the combined company following the transaction.
