Nine charged in Taiwan over 130 Nvidia B300 servers bound for China

Taiwanese prosecutors have indicted nine individuals for illegally exporting more than 130 Nvidia B300 AI servers to China, including a Nvidia Taiwan employee and two Super Micro workers. The case follows months-long investigations that previously led to detentions for server smuggling and penetrated Nvidia’s internal operations.
