Riders under 13 cannot use the Cybercab; those aged 8-17 may ride only in Model Y Robotaxis with seat-belt-only anchors and must be accompanied by an adult. In a crash the vehicle inflates airbags, unlocks doors, flashes hazards, disables the high-voltage battery, vents windows, brakes to a stop, parks, and contacts support. It features electronic door latches with a manual release on each armrest and a brake-by-wire system replacing hydraulic brakes.
