Nscale adds former OpenAI exec Fidji Simo to its board ahead of potential IPO

Nscale has added former OpenAI, Meta and Instacart executive Fidji Simo to its board alongside Sheryl Sandberg, Susan Decker and Nick Clegg as the company prepares for a fall IPO. Simo, who led OpenAI’s AGI deployment and Instacart’s 2023 IPO, will advise Nscale part-time. The AI data-center startup is seeking up to $3.5 billion in funding ahead of the offering.
