Nscale is selling Figure $3.5bn of compute and buying a stake in it

Nscale will supply Figure with up to 100,000 Nvidia GPUs for the Vera Rubin platform, committing at least $3.5 billion of compute and aiming to scale past $6 billion. Nscale has also taken an undisclosed equity stake in Figure, becoming its preferred compute provider and shareholder while Figure powers its Helix humanoid models on Nscale’s cloud. The partnership positions Nvidia’s silicon at every stage of Figure’s training, validation, and deployment pipeline.
