Nvidia-backed Zankore raises a $3.1bn loan to buy Nvidia GPUs for Indonesia

Zankore obtained a senior term loan of up to $3.1 billion, with Citi as exclusive debt adviser and a bank consortium as lead arrangers and underwriters. Backed by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Ooredoo Group, Nokia and Nvidia, it will initially deploy 100 MW of Nvidia GPUs, expand to about 200 MW by mid-2027, and target 1 GW of DSX AI Factory capacity within three years. The financing features revenue-sharing, credit-support tied to deployment pace, and collateral potentially including the GPUs.
