Nvidia has bought into a third land and power company this month

Nvidia acquired a minority stake in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a 2024-started company that secures land and power for data centres, in a deal worth several hundred million dollars. The investment follows Nvidia’s stakes in SB Energy’s PORTS-Pike campus and power developer Lancium, supporting its $500 billion AI-infrastructure financing plan and ensuring power and cooling capacity for its liquid-cooled Rubin chips, which can demand up to 600 kW per rack.
