Nvidia may put $10bn into Anthropic’s IPO, more than Europe’s largest AI round in full

Nvidia is negotiating to invest up to $10 billion as an anchor investor in Anthropic’s IPO, which targets a $100 billion raise at a roughly $2 trillion valuation. Nvidia previously participated in Mistral’s €3 billion financing round, the largest European tech equity raise, and has committed up to $10 billion directly to Anthropic. Both Anthropic and Mistral use Nvidia chips, with Mistral borrowing €830 million to buy 13,800 GPUs for a Paris-area data centre.
