Nvidia ships first H200 chips to China, but expects no data-centre revenue from them

Nvidia shipped its first H200 processors to China on 26 July, accounting for under 1% of its $89 billion quarterly data-centre revenue. The company projects $108 billion in revenue for the current quarter, assuming no data-centre earnings from China. The European Commission plans up to seven AI gigafactories costing €30 billion, with about €1 billion of public funds already pledged.
