Ocean damage nearly doubles the cost of climate change

Researchers at the University of California found ocean damage nearly doubles climate change costs. The study estimates $2 trillion in annual damages. Led by Bernardo Bastien-Olvera, it's the first to include ocean damages in a social cost of carbon assessment.
