OpenAI begins rolling out GPT-6 Astra

OpenAI announced a phased rollout of GPT-6 Astra, the first model to meet its internal “Critical” cybersecurity threshold. Initial access is limited to companies in the Daybreak cybersecurity program. Astra includes safeguards added after a Hugging Face breach and will be released to ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise plans, the API, and AWS. The model enhances computer use, software engineering, professional work, science, task orientation, intent understanding, and multi-step workflow execution.
