OpenAI launches Dots, its Muse competitor
OpenAI introduced Dots, agentic AI assistants that run continuously in the background and can perform tasks across more than 4,000 supported apps. Powered by GPT-6 Astra, each Dot uses its own cloud computer to browse the web and learn user preferences over time. Users interact with a Dot via a text-message-style interface or voice call on ChatGPT’s web, desktop, or mobile platforms.
