OpenAI will provide its AI cyber-defense system Daybreak and the GPT-5.6 Sol model to the Ukrainian government at no cost. The transfer aims to strengthen protection of civilian infrastructure against cyber threats. The offer follows OpenAI’s announcement that GPT-5.6 Sol reduces mistakes by about half compared to earlier versions.
