OpenAI projects negative free cash flow of $278 bn from 2026 to 2030, with revenue rising from $36 bn this year to $350 bn in 2030. Compute and infrastructure spending is projected at $856 bn, up 43% from the $600 bn target disclosed in February. The higher spend is financed by partners, allowing burn to fall despite increased capital outlays.
