Oura shelves its $2.2B IPO citing ‘uncertainty’ in the market
Oura postponed its $2.2 billion IPO, which would have issued 55 million shares at $40–$44, valuing the company at up to $15 billion. The delay follows market uncertainty and will postpone proceeds that could have covered tax obligations on employee share grants and provided liquidity for early investors. Oura’s Ring 5 launch has increased paying members to 5.7 million, and the company forecasts 90% revenue growth in 2026, up from $907.9 million in 2025.
