Out of the Park Baseball lets me enjoy baseball even when the Mets suck

Out of the Park Baseball (OOTP) has consumed roughly 2,300 hours of the author’s time on Steam, far more than other baseball titles. The game functions as a spreadsheet-based fantasy baseball simulator, allowing players to run full seasons in a few hours and play individual games in detail. Its low-graphics, non-arcade style contrasts sharply with mainstream MLB titles.
