Palantir, Goldman Sachs and One Peak alumni raise €5M pre-seed round to build a tech-native audit firm

Benford, founded by former Palantir, Goldman Sachs, and One Peak employees, raised €5 million in a pre-seed round led by Firstminute Capital to launch a tech-native audit firm. The company’s proprietary AuditOS platform connects to clients’ ERP, subledgers, invoices, and bank accounts, creating a single “audit brain” that logs every test, tracks exceptions, and carries work forward year-to-year. Benford is already a registered Norwegian audit firm and targets the small- and mid-market segment, where large firms are withdrawing and local firms lack resources to modernize.
