Palestinian woman and NBC News team attacked by masked Israeli settlers

Masked Israeli settlers drove a gray car up a hill in Jalud, then leapt out and assaulted Palestinian woman Aida Ahmed Abdullah and three NBC News staff, striking them with sticks, throwing rocks and damaging equipment; Abdullah and two crew members required medical treatment, while a fourth was treated for arm injuries. Israeli officials condemned the attack, called the perpetrators “rioters,” and said security forces would apprehend them and confiscate the settlers’ vehicles.
