Paris-based Arlequin AI secured a €28 million Series A round, co-led by redalpine and OTB, to develop proprietary topological neural-network models. Meanwhile, former Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon left the company two months before his equity vested, citing AI safety concerns, and OpenAI Foundation board member Paul Christiano joined its Safety and Security Committee to address loss-of-control risks.
