Patreon is changing its algorithm to help smaller creators get discovered

Patreon is rolling out more than 30 new and updated tools, including a revamped discovery algorithm aimed at surfacing smaller creators. CEO Jack Conte says the changes also bring platform and security enhancements while positioning Patreon as a healthier alternative to other tech-driven creative networks.
