Paul Christiano, an AI researcher and advisor at the Center for AI Safety (CAISI), has been appointed to the OpenAI Foundation’s board of directors and its Safety and Security Committee. In his new roles, Christiano will help shape OpenAI’s governance and oversee strategies for mitigating risks associated with advanced AI systems.
