Photon held a funeral for mobile apps. Now it has $4.5M to help replace them with agents
Photon secured $4.5 million in seed funding after enrolling over 40,000 developers and achieving a ten-fold revenue increase within four months. The company provides a managed agent platform that unifies API, CLI, and observability tools for iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, RCS, email, and voice. Photon is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-compliant. Its clients include Corgi Insurance, Boardy, Ditto, Rho, Fliptexts, and Slashy, while partners feature Vercel, Nous Research, Tencent’s QClaw, and NanoClaw.
