Pinterest CFO Julia Donnelly is leaving to join an early-stage company

Pinterest CFO Julia Donnelly will depart on Oct. 30 to join a private early-stage firm, triggering a 3.8% after-hours share decline. Interim CFO Vikram Naidu, formerly VP of finance and business operations, will lead finance while an external search continues. In Donnelly’s tenure, Q2 revenue reached $1.18 billion (up 18%), adjusted EBITDA was $311 million (26% margin), free cash flow totaled $270 million, GAAP net loss was $47 million, and the company maintained a $2 billion share-repurchase program.
