Play Store blocks AuroraStore, hurting GrapheneOS users

Aurora Store (version 4.8.4, nightly 2026-08-31) consistently shows a “&$Server busy, please try again later.” error when installing apps with an anonymous account, even after clearing cache, using a VPN, or restarting the device. The issue occurs on a Fairphone 5 running Android 16 with CalyxOS 7.2.4.20, preventing any application from being installed.
