PostgreSQL 19 Interactive Tour

PostgreSQL 19, currently in beta, adds SQL/PGQ support, letting users declare property graphs over existing tables and query them with pattern-matching syntax such as `GRAPH_TABLE`. The feature rewrites graph queries into ordinary relational plans, preserving existing optimizer behavior, though it lacks variable-length path support. Additionally, the release introduces a `FOR PORTION OF` clause for UPDATE and DELETE statements to operate on a slice of a range column.
