The pros and cons of using a MagSafe charger

MagSafe chargers let MacBooks snap into place, reducing accidental pulls, but they are proprietary and require a dedicated cable that cannot charge other devices. iPhone MagSafe is wireless, offering up to 15–25 W charging and enabling magnetic accessories, yet it is slower than wired USB-C or Lightning and is not included with the phone. USB-C cables provide faster, multi-device connectivity and are more versatile overall.
