Protesters gather at OpenAI’s DevDay

Protesters gathered outside OpenAI’s DevDay at San Francisco’s Fort Mason, chanting “PEOPLE OVER PROFIT” and demanding the company drop its ICE contract. The rally was organized by more than a dozen groups, including Bay Resistance, Tech Workers Coalition, Service Employees International Union, San Francisco Rising, and the San Francisco Labor Council. Participants marched in front of signs and carried cardboard robot costumes to draw attention to their demands.
