Ramp eyes $60bn valuation three months after $44bn, Bloomberg reports

Ramp seeks $1 billion at a $60 billion valuation, up 36% from its June Series F that valued it $44 billion. The June round raised $750 million, led by ICONIQ, GIC, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Ramp serves over 50,000 customers, processes $100 billion+ in annual spend, and grew 170% YoY in March. Founded in 2019 by Eric Glyman and Karim Atiyeh, the company now offers AI-powered spend-management tools and has raised $3 billion total.
