Rebuilding a 1995 GPS Time Server so I don't get Telstra'd

The 1995 TrueTime XL-AK GPS time server was retrofitted with a Raspberry Pi 5, a Jimmy Paputto L1 GNSS HAT, and its original LCD and LED. Chrony on Pi OS Lite is configured to use GPS NMEA data and PPS for stratum-1 NTP, with hardware-timestamping options and fallback internet pools, supplying reliable time to the VCF Midwest network and targeting future inclusion in the NTP Pool.
