Reddit is killing RSS feeds on 13 November, blaming AI scraping

Reddit will discontinue RSS feeds on 13 November, citing widespread AI scraping and automated abuse. Moderators who rely on RSS for alerts must switch to a Discord Relay app; all other users lose the feature. The company also tightens Old Reddit access, ends public API use in March 2027, and replaces Automod with Rules Hub and Automations, affecting new communities and those without prior Automod usage.
