Remote workers report the highest well-being in study of 7,700 employees
A survey of 7,704 employees at a large healthcare organization found fully remote workers reported the highest well-being, while onsite staff reported the lowest, with hybrid employees falling in between. Higher well-being correlated with lower turnover, and remote workers described their culture with more teamwork, inclusion and support terms.
