Revolut wants to let Nik Storonsky borrow $250mn against his own shares

Revolut plans to amend its articles of association, raising CEO Nik Storonsky’s borrowing limit from $50 million to $250 million and removing caps on pledging his 29% stake. Board approval will be required only for pledges above $250 million, which also need 75% shareholder consent. His stake, valued at about $33 billion, supports his liquidity amid legal disputes and a forthcoming IPO targeting a $200 billion valuation.
