Rivian spinout Also raises another $150 million

Also, a micromobility startup spun out of Rivian, raised $150 million in a Series D round led by Prysm Capital with participation from Eclipse, Greenoaks, and MVP Ventures. The funding will accelerate autonomous-driving technology and multiple vehicle form factors built on its electric architecture. To date, Also has raised $455 million and will use the new capital to expand beyond its $4,500 TM-B e-bike and commercial delivery quad, including an Amazon-unit, toward autonomous delivery vehicles.
