Roblox vows to make changes after Australian regulator found yet more child safety lapses

Australia’s eSafety Commission found that Roblox still permits adults to contact children, view their profiles and exchange posts without parental consent, despite recent age-verification rollouts. Roblox has entered a court-enforceable undertaking to make children’s accounts private by default, add parental-consent controls for adult contact, provide accessible reporting tools and undergo third-party audit within three months.
