Romania soccer introduces black card to 'combat abusive behaviour' from parents
The Romanian Football Federation has added a black card that allows referees to permanently abandon a youth match if spectators or parents continue abusive behavior after two prior warnings. The procedure escalates from a temporary suspension, to a 10-minute stoppage with teams in the dressing rooms, and finally to match abandonment. The FRF will distribute banners, conduct-rules posters and flyers to all 130 academies to enforce the new three-step protocol.
