Running SQLite Apps on Docker and Kubernetes with Litestream

OpenRun adds native Litestream support so SQLite applications can run on Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes without modifying their images; databases are continuously replicated to AWS S3 or compatible storage and automatically restored when a volume is empty or recreated. Litestream configuration is defined once in the OpenRun server, with per-app companion containers or sidecars handling sync and restore, enabling GitOps-driven deployment and point-in-time recovery.
