Sachin Bansal’s fintech Navi raises first outside capital with $100M Prosus investment

Navi, the Bengaluru fintech founded by former Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, raised $100 million from Prosus, valuing it at about $1.3 billion. It reported FY 2026 revenue of ₹30.91 billion and a net loss of ₹4.66 billion. Its UPI app processed 947 million transactions worth ₹483.18 billion in July, and its lending division holds over ₹130 billion in assets.
