Salesforce closes Fin and eyes $2bn Listen Labs, Business Insider reports

Salesforce completed a $3.6 billion purchase of Fin, an AI-driven platform that manages chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice and Slack and resolves 76% of queries without human input. It is negotiating a roughly $2 billion deal for Listen Labs, which automates market-research interviews, generates reports, earns about $30 million annually, and recently missed a $125 million Series C round. Both deals would broaden Salesforce’s Agentforce AI suite with service automation and consumer-insight capabilities.
