Salesforce just put its entire CRM inside Claude — and says you’ll never need its app again

Salesforce and Anthropic released Claudeforce, a plugin that integrates the full Salesforce CRM into Anthropic’s Claude CoWork, providing 37 pre-built sales skills such as meeting preparation, deal health reviews, and pipeline analysis. Sellers can query and edit live CRM data without opening Salesforce. The plugin is currently in a pilot with select customers, an open beta is scheduled for September, and further business-function skills are planned for Q3. It uses single-click authentication to control permissions and connects via MCP server integration.
