Seed Capital closes a €130M fifth fund and expands from Denmark into the Nordics

Seed Capital closed its fifth fund at €130 million, planning to invest €3-6 million per company in 15-17 Nordic startups across fintech, AI-driven B2B and, for the first time, cybersecurity, with a strategic focus on Sweden and a possible Stockholm office. New partners include former Planday CEO Christian Brøndum as managing partner and Humio co-founder Geeta Schmidt as general partner, leveraging her experience from CrowdStrike’s $400 million acquisition of Humio.
