Seed: Minimal, self-modifying agent harness

Seed is a minimal, self-modifying AI agent that runs a language model via a single “exec” tool and stores prompts, tools, and session transcripts in a persistent local self/ directory. Installation scripts detect existing LLM credentials, support multiple providers, and create a reproducible git-tracked environment with JSON logs for each session. The project is released under the Sovereign Source License v0.3.
