Serval’s super agent Catalyst creates roving background agents to identify and fix IT issues before they’re ticketed

Serval’s Catalyst, released Thursday, scans ticket history, SOPs, and natural-language instructions to spot recurring tasks. It drafts full-stack workflows, skills, forms, access policies, journeys, and dashboards for automation. Background agents monitor systems like Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra, detecting issues before tickets are filed. Catalyst is model-agnostic, supporting OpenAI, Anthropic, or proprietary models. Generated workflows are TypeScript-coded for administrator review and approval.
