Serverless DTLS

DTLS Listeners encrypt UDP traffic using DTLS 1.2 or 1.3, decrypting inbound data for configured Destinations and re-encrypting responses over the same session. They provide server-managed certificates, optional PSK maps, cookie verification, session tickets, early data, and Connection ID support for resilient IoT and telemetry use cases.
