Academa lets PhD students generate long-form STEM lecture videos by describing them as code, which is then rendered with computer graphics and text-to-speech. Because the lectures exist as editable source files, any errors identified in reviews can be fixed in the code, automatically updating all future viewers, and each video includes an AI chat that can answer questions about its content.
